Core values design

In honor of the agency’s 5 year anniversary and annual meeting, TBWA\Worldhealth’s C-suite invited its employees to design a t-shirt that represents its core values: Do Good, Be Authentic, & Raise Hell.

As “The Disruption Company”, TBWA refers to its employees as “pirates” due to their notoriety for disrupting the status quo. Using this concept as inspiration, my design was chosen as the winner of the contest among hundreds of other submissions across the agency. The design was turned into a t-shirt and later repurposed for agency branding across many promotional assets such as presentation slides, career fair booths, socks, swag bags, temporary tattoos, and even a permanent tattoo on a coworker!
